What jobs are outside handyman scope?

Anything that legally requires a licensed trade: new wiring or circuit work, gas lines, changes to plumbing supply or drain lines, and structural work. We also refer out high-tension torsion springs on garage doors, and cracked or fogged sealed window units, which go to a glazier. We tell you plainly when your job needs one of these.
